 I think mine is laced 4x, No cross lacing basically means the spokes should be connected to one side and not cross over to the other; so the spokes connect the left hub flange to the left side of the rim and the right flange to the right side. They say this because sometimes people cross the spokes to the other side of the rim as it is supposed make it stiffer and stronger, however these have been designed differently.
